We are looking for the “Divisional Sales Manager” to drive revenue growth and market penetration via strategic planning and execution, cultivate client relationships and optimize sales operations to exceed targets. Lead a high-performing team and translate business objectives into actionable sales strategies, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.

Understanding of Agri market trends

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ and MABM will be preferred 12-18 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role

Must haves

Must have experience of team handling of around 25 or above including managers

At Least 5 years of experience of handling 25 districts

Experience of launching new products

Must have experience of handling workforce from diverse backgrounds

Minimum experience of 10 years in the field of Fertilizers, Micro nutrients/Speciality nutrients
