As the Regional Manager, you will be the face of Dayal Fertilizers in Chhattisgarh, responsible for driving growth and ensuring our innovative soil-health solutions reach every farmer.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify untapped markets and strengthen our existing dealer/distributor network.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing field sales team.
- Farmer Engagement: Organize field demonstrations and workshops to promote sustainable farming practices.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities to keep Dayal at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10-12 years in Agri-input sales (Fertilizers, Seeds, or Pesticides).
- Local Expertise: Deep understanding of Chhattisgarh’s geography and crop patterns.
- Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Agriculture or an MBA in Agribusiness/Marketing.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
