Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in agronomy, organic/regenerative farming, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of organic and regenerative agriculture practices, crop management (with specific expertise in cotton), certification requirements and farmer capacity building
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead field teams effectively
