If you have experience in Agri-inputs, irrigation, farm equipment, or Agri Tech, core ground sales, and love working closely with farmers and channel partners, this role is for you. This is a complete target oriented & on-field role requiring extensive travel within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive territory sales & achieve targets
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demos & trials
- Build distributor/retailer network
- Close B2B/B2C sales & manage CRM pipeline
- Ensure onboarding, support & collections
What We’re Looking For
- Strong field sales experience in Agri sector
- Excellent communication, demo & local networking skills
- Fluency in local language + Hindi/English
- Tech-savvy & target-driven
- Preferred: Agriculture / Agri-Business background
- Salary: As per market standards.
