We are looking for a hands-on Quality Executive to manage quality inspection and grading of fresh fruits & vegetables across sourcing points, mandis, and warehouses. The role requires strong field involvement and coordination with vendors and supply teams.

Qualification

• B.Sc Agriculture / Horticulture preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in quailty-Fruits & Vegetables.
• Strong understanding of grading standards
• Comfortable with field visits and mandi operations
• Willing to travel if required

Preferred

• Experience in quality-exports
• Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspection of fresh produce (fruits & vegetables) at sourcing locations
• Perform grading, sorting, and rejection analysis
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and customer specifications
• Coordinate with vendors, farmers, and supply chain teams
• Monitor packaging and dispatch quality
• Maintain quality reports and documentation
• Support issue resolution related to quality complaints
