Key Responsibilities

• Visit fish ponds and support farmers with water quality, health, and farm management advisory
• Identify and assist in disease, stress, and mortality issues
• Support application of inputs and solutions as per SOPs
• Collect basic pond and field data using mobile tools
• Assist in farmer meetings, demos, and training programs
• Coordinate with FFPO stock points and local VLES

Eligibility

• Diploma/BSc/MSc in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Zoology, or related fields
• Field-oriented mindset and willingness to travel locally
• Ability to communicate with farmers in local language
• Freshers with strong field interest are welcome
