Key Responsibilities

• Drive primary & secondary sales across West UP
• Develop and expand distributor & retailer network
• Achieve monthly & annual sales targets
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & pricing
• Lead, train and motivate the sales team
• Ensure visibility, promotions & brand growth in the region

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in FMCG/Dairy (Ambient products preferred)
• Strong distribution & channel management skills
• Leadership & team handling experience
• Good analytical and market planning abilities
