REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualification: Graduate/or Post Graduate in
• Agriculture or life sciences MBA Agribusiness Management (Preferred)
• Experience: 4-7 Yrs of Experience working in Seed category of which minimum 2-3 yrs experience should be in Seed Product Management or Business Development role in a leading Agribusiness organisation dealing in Seeds business.
• Good knowledge of agri industry, products, seed business & technical know-how.
• Basic understanding on the various phases & processes involved in from the Product inception to commercial launch
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to develop excellent and collaborative working relationships at all levels
• Strong business acumen with the ability and experience of analyzing markets and business development
