REQUIREMENTS

• End-to-end seed production planning & execution (Breeder, Foundation, Certified, T/L, Hybrid & Non-Hybrid – Vegetables, Cereals, Pulses, Fodder)
• Manage direct and vendor-based production models
• Ensure strict quality control & regulatory compliance
• Lead field inspections, testing & certification processes
• Oversee vendor onboarding, contracts & performance
• Drive cost optimization, planning & MIS reporting
• Lead and develop Seed Production & QC teams
