Key Responsibilities

  • Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and regional penetration
  • Manage, guide, and mentor Area Sales Managers and field sales teams
  • Build, expand, and strengthen dealer & distributor networks
  • Conduct farmer meetings, demonstrations, promotional activities, and market activations
  • Expand customer base by onboarding new dealers and key accounts
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments and credit discipline
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, schemes, and market trends
  • Prepare and review sales reports, forecasts, budgets, and incentive plans
  • Ensure SOP compliance and company policy adherence
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams
  • Recruit, train, and develop new team members as per business requirements
