Job Description
- Ensure various operations activity at unit starting from raw material receipt, storage, food processing, packing and delivery of finished product happened as per standards SOP.
- Ensure daily food production done as per approved menu plan and production schedule
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) guidelines and internal food safety protocols, safety norms. Ensure various quality checks and assessment happened for all processes (Production, distribution, quality control, store, maintenance, vehicle maintenance).
- Ensure on time delivery of food get done thru supply chain management process. Ensure proper inventory control, material planning, and stock optimization. Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth workflow.
- Ensure operation targets get achieved related to productivity, quality and cost. Ensure accurate data capturing various format of processes happened and records being maintain.
- Support continues improvement initiatives and best operations practices. Promote culture of food safety and safe work culture practices
- Foster culture of safety, quality and positive work environment

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 2-3 years’ experience in food processing industry or FMCG sector or large kitchens
Education:Â B.Tech or B.Sc in Food Technology, Food Science, Dairy Technology, or Microbiology. MSc or M. tech
