Job Overview

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager (Agriculture) to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our presence in the agricultural market. The role includes planning strategic campaigns, organizing farmer engagement programs, and building strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors. The candidate will support business growth through field activities, digital marketing, and close collaboration with sales and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute agriculture marketing strategies and campaigns
• Plan seasonal marketing activities for crop protection and agri-products
• Organize farmer meetings, awareness programs, and field demonstrations
• Build strong relationships with farmers, dealers, and distributors
• Manage and grow the company’s digital marketing and social media presence
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends
• Monitor competitor activities and market positioning
• Support the sales team in lead generation and market expansion
• Coordinate with technical and field teams for product promotion
• Create marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and campaigns
• Track and analyze marketing campaign performance
• Identify new markets and distribution opportunities
• Train field staff and partners on product awareness and marketing initiatives
• Travel to rural areas for farmer engagement and field marketing activities

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the agriculture industry and farmer ecosystem

Qualification

• M.Sc. Agriculture /ABM (Agribusiness Management) from a recognized university
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agriculture marketing, agri-inputs, or agri-business industry
