• Check, Approve and disburse the Travelling Claims/Bills of Sales Personnel on monthly basis
• Installation and Manage GPS Tracking system for Sales Team
• Overhead Costing Reports with regards to GPS and Travel Expenses
• Training of Grade wise Travel policy to Sales Team
• Check and Verify Promotional Expense of Sales Team
• Ledger creation of new joined employee in ERP system for expense register
