Qualification: MSc. Agriculture/MBA Agribusiness with 4-5 years relevant work experience in Seed Industry

Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities

  • Territory Management-Identify potential and opportunities for Savannah crop portfolio in the assigned territory. Plan and work towards generating Sales through demand generation.
  • Channel Management-Identify and appoint potential Distributors to ensure availability of product at maximum outlets.
  • Market Development-Implement and execute Market Development plans to generate demand for the products and services in the assigned area while working closely with the farmers.
  • Market Intelligence-Provide feedback, inputs and analyze competitor activities at market place in terms of pricing, new product releases, campaigns and resourcing activities and suggest changes in tactics/strategy to beat the competition.
  • Liaison with Internal and external stake holders
