Language: Telugu speaking is a MUST

Experience: 2-4 years

Salary: 40,000-₹50,000 p.m. (commensurate with experience)

What you’ll do

• Conduct literature reviews and design research tools
• Collect primary data through fieldwork, interviews & surveys
• Analyse qualitative and quantitative data
• Write reports, policy briefs, and case studies
• Contribute to impactful projects in sustainable agriculture

Whom we’re looking for

• Postgraduate in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Agriculture, Development Studies, or related fields
• Female candidates are preferred
• 2+ years of research/agriculture/rural development experience
• Strong communication and writing skills in both English & Telugu
• Proficiency in NVivo, SPSS, STATA, or Excel (preferred)
• GIS/spatial mapping skills are a bonus
• Willingness to travel to project locations
