JOB DESCRIPTION
- Sales & Business Development: Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets and expanding market reach through effective channel strategies.
- Market Penetration & Brand Promotion: Enhance brand visibility and product adoption through field activities, demos, and farmer engagement initiatives.
- Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and farmers to build trust and ensure long-term loyalty.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Monitor market trends and competitor activities while providing actionable insights through timely reporting.
- Technical & Product Knowledge: Deliver agronomic support and product guidance by staying updated on crop science and safe usage practices.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Agriculture
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in sales and business development within the Agri-inputs.
