Bulk Sales Executive / BDA (Agri Business)

Qualification: B.Sc. Agriculture preferred

We are looking for passionate and result-oriented professionals with strong agri trade experience to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive bulk sales and business development across assigned territories
  • Expand retailer & distributor network in agri-input markets
  • Handle business turnover ranging from 30 Lakhs to ₹1 Crore per month
  • Strengthen relationships with retailers, dealers, and channel partners
  • Ensure market coverage, collections, and secondary sales movement
  • Identify new business opportunities and improve market penetration
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and schemes

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Strong understanding of fertilizers, pesticides, seeds & crop solutions
  • Experience in retailer-driven agri trade business
  • Good negotiation, communication & market management skills
  • Practical exposure in Malwa & Nimar regions preferred
  • Self-driven and target-oriented personality
