At Soil Doctor, we’re helping farmers make better decisions through rapid soil testing, scientific fertilizer recommendations, and data-driven advisory services.

We are looking for energetic and field-oriented professionals to expand our presence across Uttar Pradesh.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct field visits and engage with farmers
• Organize farmer meetings, demonstrations, and awareness programs
• Promote Soil Doctor’s soil testing services and solutions
• Generate leads and support business development activities
• Work with FPOs, agri-retailers, NGOs, and rural entrepreneurs
• Support Soil Doctor Clinic partners and drive impact at the grassroots level

Who Can Apply?

• Graduates in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Rural Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across Uttar Pradesh
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
