- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & digital tools.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years of experience in agri-input sales or related field with a proven track record of achieving targets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
- Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
- opportunities and Identify expand market presence.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure timely collection of market feedback and reporting.
- Achieve distribution, sales, and collection targets.
