SR. OFFICER (FIELD QUALITY AND FOUNDATION)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Senior officer is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all Field Quality Assurance activities to ensure the production of genetically pure and high-quality seeds in accordance with approved quality plans, field standards.
• Senior officer will be responsible for Field Quality audits to ensure the Compliance for Quality.
• Responsible for Developing and monitoring of practices to ensure conformance.
• Leading the Team with clear objectives and monitoring.
• Regular communication and Coordination with stakeholders
• Ensure to develop comprehensive Quality plan to deliver Targeted field compliance.
• Senior officer will be responsible for planning and delivery of Foundation seed for Production
• Responsible for collaboration with stakeholders to ensure timely visit and technical support.
• 10 years with Relevant Expertise/Experience
• Expertise in QMS of Seed Supply chain.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc. (Agri) with relevant work experience.
