YOUR ROLE

  • Lead sales operations and achieve business growth in the assigned zone
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors & farmers
  • Expand market reach and ensure target achievement
  • Provide market insights and support business planning

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Minimum 15+ years of experience in agricultural seeds sales
  • Proven track record in sales management and team building
  • Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
  • Knowledge of local market & farming practices in AP & Telangana is preferred
