- Lead sales operations and achieve business growth in the assigned zone
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors & farmers
- Expand market reach and ensure target achievement
- Provide market insights and support business planning
WHAT WE LOOK FOR
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in agricultural seeds sales
- Proven track record in sales management and team building
- Strong leadership, communication & negotiation skills
- Knowledge of local market & farming practices in AP & Telangana is preferred
