Key Responsibilities

• Act as a communication bridge between the trials head and multiple trial sites.
• Oversee trials of field, vegetable, and fodder crops across different stages (early, advanced, pre-commercial, commercial).
• Manage chemical and biological product testing trials.
• Design layouts, prepare trial plans, and upload trial data into software.
• Conduct timely and accurate sowings after training.
• Record and update crop observations in mobile/software platforms.
• Build and maintain cordial relations with the farming community.
• Take timely preventive measures in case of pest/disease symptoms.
• Share regular crop status updates with reporting authority via WhatsApp or video calls.
• Clearly explain trial specifications during client crop visits.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of trial details as per MLT Manager’s approval.
• Be flexible and open to transfers across locations as required.
• Execute timely harvests and record pre- and post-harvest data.
• Submit reports both in mobile software and hard copy formats.
• Ensure timely submission of bills, travel expenses, petty cash, and lease documents.
