Industry: Agrochemical / Agriculture

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor day-to-day post-production operations to achieve production targets.
• Manage packaging, labeling, and finished goods handling while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate inventory, dispatch, and material flow for smooth plant operations.
• Monitor production KPIs, equipment efficiency (OEE), and ERP compliance.
• Lead and guide the post-production team to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Identify process improvements to reduce downtime, optimize costs, and enhance product quality.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, SOPs, and company policies.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Stores, and Dispatch teams for seamless operations.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing, packaging, inventory management, and quality systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
