We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Research & Development Executive to join our Crop Protection R&D team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to conduct bio-efficacy and comparative field trials for insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth. regulators (PGRs), and biological products at research farms and farmer fields. The selected candidate will work closely with the R&D, Portfolio, and Marketing teams to generate technical insights, support product evaluation, and contribute to the development of innovative crop protection solutions through field research and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute bio-efficacy and comparative field trials for insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, PGRs, and biological products at research farms and farmer fields.
• Identify suitable trial locations, coordinate with farmers, and monitor crop, pest, disease, and weed conditions to ensure successful trial execution.
• Collect, analyze, and document trial data, prepare technical reports, perform statistical and cost-benefit analyses, and ensure timely report submission.
• Conduct market surveys, monitor emerging pest issues, new molecules, competitor products, and regulatory developments to support technical decision-making.
• Organize field demonstrations, farmer meetings, product campaigns, and technical training programs while supporting Sales and Marketing teams.
• Build strong relationships with farmers and cross-functional teams by providing technical support, resolving field queries, and contributing to product development initiatives.
