Key Responsibilities

• Promote and onboard the Channel Partner and the Farmers onto the FarmSanta Business Platform.
• Drive digital adoption through product demonstrations, training sessions, and regular field engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and the farming community, while driving farmer engagement and increasing adoption of the FarmSanta Digital Platform.
• Generate market demand by promoting products, services, and digital solutions.
• Assist the Sales Team in lead generation, retailer engagement, and business development activities.
• Collect market intelligence, competitor insights, and customer feedback to support business growth.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, field events, retailer meets, and product awareness programs.
• Ensure timely reporting of daily activities, onboarding status, and market feedback through the FarmSanta App.
• Act as the primary communication bridge between the field and the corporate team to ensure seamless execution.
• Handle first-level telephonic support, promptly addressing and resolving queries from farmers, and channel partners while ensuring a high standard of customer service.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate in Agriculture, Marketing, Business, or any related discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, or Business Development.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with field travel and digital/mobile applications.
• Passionate about agriculture, technology, and creating impact at the grassroots level.
