KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide agronomic guidance for oil palm cultivation
• Develop & implement crop management plans.
• Monitor crop health, soil fertility & yield perfomance
• Recommend best practices to enhance productivity & sustainability
• Liaise with field teams, farmers & internal stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• M.Sc. (Agronomy) / B.Sc. (Agriculture)
• 5-8 years of experience in oil palm agronomy
• Strong knowledge of soil, nutrient & crop management
• Excellent analytical, communication & problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across oil palm growing regions
