ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a B.Sc. Agriculture graduate who is comfortable working with farmers and using Android smartphones and mobile applications. The candidate will be responsible for increasing farmer adoption of the mobile application, helping farmers use its features, and providing basic mobile/app support in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Farmer Onboarding & App Adoption – Visit farmers, help them download, register and use the application.
• Farmer Engagement– Conduct meetings, explain features (Weather, Mandi Prices, Schemes, Advisory) and build strong relationships.
• Mobile Helpdesk & Support – Provide first-level support, resolve basic issues and collect feedback.
• Field Coordination – Work with FPOs and local networks, support campaigns and travel within assigned areas.
• Reporting – Maintain daily records, share updates and maintain MIS in Excel/Google Sheets.

WHO CAN APPLY?

• B.Sc. Agriculture or equivalent
• 0-2 years (Freshers can apply)
• Good knowledge of Android smartphones & mobile apps
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Willing to travel & work in villages
• Self-motivated & target-oriented
