ELIGIBILITY

• B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture or Diploma in Agriculture
• Basic English & Computer Knowledge
• Relevant experience in Nethouse/Polyhouse operations – Mandatory
• Minimum 6 months of experience required in protected cultivation
• Immediate joiners only

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Good knowledge of agricultural practices
• Managing polyhouse/nethouse cultivation
• Documentation and maintaining field records
• Client handling and coordination
• Providing on-field guidance & training to farmers
• Supporting project setup (greenhouse, nursery, plantation)
• Tracking performance & improving productivity
• Open to travel for field visits
