Multi-city price discovery and arbitrage

Routing daily harvests between Bangalore, Delhi-NCR Azadpur, Mumbai Vashi, and Hyderabad/Chennai.

Direct enterprise contracting

With Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart), Modern Retail, and high-end HORECA distributors.

Cold-chain logistics setup

Reefer freight negotiation, transit shrinkage control, packaging specs, and airport cargo connectivity.

Structuring credit recovery terms

<7-14 days to ensure steady working capital.
