Job Description

• Candidate should have a good relation/communication skill with farmers for selecting the trial field.
• Preparation of trial layout, Conduction of in-house trials/demonstration, analysis of trial data
• Analytical and statistical analysis tools in-hand experience for data interpretation.
• To conduct quality field demonstration for sales/marketing team.
• To update on pest/weather impact surveillance
• Monitor competitor’s activity, product launch and their performance on field
• To see the new product development opportunity for new business expansion.
• Liasioning with Govt.bodies/SAUS/CAUS/ICAR institutes for product development
• Prepare to provide regional language training to S&M team as per requirement.
• Self-ready to learn new skill set as per requirement of time and update ourselves.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience for M.Sc. Ag candidate.
• Mandatory: B.Sc. Ag.
• Preferable: M.Sc. Ag (Crop Protection/Agronomy/Entomology, Plant Pathology)
