Qualification: B.Tech (Food Technology) / B.Sc.

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Preference: Candidates with a Namkeen industry background

Profile

• Ensure quality of RM, PM & FG as per standards.
• Conduct in-process, FG, process & ETP water testing.
• Maintain QMS compliance, documentation & traceability.
• Handle quality complaints, RCA & corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production to prevent quality losses.
• Ensure QC lab hygiene, calibration & safety reporting.
