Experience: Freshers and candidates with relevant field/R&D experience can apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct multi-location trials and field observations
- Monitor crop growth, pests, diseases, and abiotic stress
- Collect, record, and analyse field-trial data
- Coordinate with farmers, field staff, and the R&D team
- Support demonstrations, harvesting, yield recording, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Good knowledge of agricultural crops
- Strong observation and data collection skills
- Farmer communication and coordination abilities
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork
