Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture/ and MABM will be preferred 12-18 years of experience in sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role
Must haves
Must have experience of team handling of around 25 or above including managers
At Least 5 years of experience of handling 25 districts
Experience of launching new products
Must have experience of handling workforce from diverse backgrounds
Minimum experience of 10 years in the field of Fertilizers, Micro nutrients/Speciality nutrients
