Key Responsibilities

• Drive market development activities and support sales and collection targets.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of crops, cropping patterns, integrated pest and disease management.
• Build strong relationships with farmers through excellent communication skills.
• Organize and conduct farmer meetings, including small group and mega farmer gatherings.
• Lead and motivate the sales team for market development initiatives.
• Conduct on-field demonstrations and showcase effective results.
• Provide tailored product prescriptions addressing specific farmer concerns.
• Implement innovative approaches to connect with more farmers and enhance brand visibility.
