What You’ll Do

• Conduct research and trials to improve crop yield, pest resistance, and plant health
• Develop new crop production protocols and test advanced growing methods
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve plant health and production challenges
• Optimize nutrient management and crop monitoring systems
• Support innovation in hydroponic and climate-controlled farming

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Plant Science, or a related field
• Strong understanding of hydroponics, plant physiology, and crop nutrition
• Problem-solving mindset with strong on-ground execution capability
