JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage day-to-day microgreen cultivation and crop production.
• Handle seed selection, sowing, watering, germination, and harvesting.
• Monitor crop growth, plant health, temperature, humidity, and moisture.
• Identify and resolve issues related to mold, pests, disease, and poor growth.
• Maintain cultivation SOPs, crop records, yield, and production reports.
• Ensure proper hygiene, quality, and post-harvest handling.
• Support trials and improvements to increase yield and crop quality.

REQUIREMENTS

• B.Sc. Agriculture / Horticulture / Botany/MBA or related qualification.
• Freshers to 2 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, microgreens, hydroponics, or related fields.
• Good observation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passion for modern agriculture and willingness to work hands-on with crops.
