JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop sales and market presence in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers.
- Drive fertilizer and crop nutrition product sales.
- Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations and promotional activities.
- Strengthen dealer network and support business development.
- Achieve sales, collection and market-development targets.
- Provide crop nutrition guidance and coordinate field activities.
