QUALIFICATION: Graduate/Postgraduate in Agriculture.

EXPERIENCE: 5-8 years

DESIRED SKILLS

  • Allocate the sales and marketing annual budget to the team based on market potential and
  • review utilization of market budget
  • Train and develop the team (SO/MDO/FA) to achieve the sales budget Identify market gaps/distribution/channel gaps and provide necessary solutions
  • Implement the sales and marketing policies through the team and ensure achievement of budgeted sales
  • Ensure timely ABS and outstanding collection
  • Maintain market discipline like product pricing, discounts, infiltration and etc.,
  • Manage and participate in pre and post season promotional campaigns
  • Attend, support and guide farmers for any product performance complaints and provide required technical support Liaison with Department of Agriculture
  • Weekly/fortnightly/monthly review of Sales & Marketing activities and update concern
