Area Sales Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

  • Sales & Business Development: Drive sales of field crop products in the assigned region, ensuring targets are met consistently.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and retail clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information about products, including quality, usage, and benefits to clients.
  • Distribution Management: Oversee distribution networks, ensuring timely deliveries and product availability.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed for inventory and records.
  • Customer Support: Address farmer, dealer & distributor complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years Experience in field crop, farming, or agriculture industry.
  • Strong understanding of the field crop market in Hoshangabad and surrounding regions.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed
