Roles & Responsibilities

As an ASM, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening the company’s presence in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and expanding dealer & distributor networks
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Market development and demand generation
  • Building strong relationships with channel partners
  • Ensuring timely collections and operational discipline

Candidates with strong agrochemical industry experience and a proven sales treck record will be preferred.
