Roles & Responsibilities
As an ASM, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strengthening the company’s presence in the assigned territory. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and expanding dealer & distributor networks
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Market development and demand generation
- Building strong relationships with channel partners
- Ensuring timely collections and operational discipline
Candidates with strong agrochemical industry experience and a proven sales treck record will be preferred.
