Key Responsibilities

Business Development – Digital & Precision Agriculture

• Identify and pursue opportunities in AgTech, precision farming, and digital agriculture.
• Integrate remote sensing, geospatial analytics, and digital traceability systems across value chains.
• Build institutional pipelines with FPOS, CSR partners, investors, and government agencies.
• Lead proposal creation, pitch decks, and techno-commercial submissions for digital solutions.

SMART Farm Center (SFC) Expansion & Investment Mobilization

• Source, pitch, and onboard partners for SFCs-climate-smart, women-led agri-tech hubs.
• Promote Arya.ag’s SMART solutions (Weather Stations, Drone Spraying, loT Soil Health, Grain Quality, Farm Digitization, Demo Plots).
• Secure commitments from FPOS, CSR arms, State Govts, impact funds, and agribusinesses to establish SFCs.
• Develop sustainable financial models (Year 1-3 framework) and attract blended finance.
• Position SFCs as traceability-ready, ESG-aligned, and climate-resilient enterprises supporting Arya’s goal of 250 centers by 2027.

Ecosystem & Strategic Partnerships

• Build partnerships with Corporates, Govt bodies, CSR & ESG investors, and development agencies.
• Promote Arya.ag’s digital and SMART platforms for climate-positive sourcing and sustainable procurement.

Social Impact & Institutional Funding

• Mobilize CSR grants, blended finance, and government-backed projects.
• Prepare concept notes, DPRs, and fund utilization frameworks linking SFCs to SDGs and ESG goals.

Execution & Product Alignment

• Work with IT, operations, and field teams for deployment of crop monitoring, traceability, and advisory platforms.
• Track KPIs on farmer adoption, SFC revenues, funding closed, and centers launched.

Market Intelligence & Representation

• Monitor trends in climate-smart agriculture, IoT, and ESG-led agri models.
• Represent Arya.ag in conferences, investor meets, and ecosystem forums.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in Agribusiness, AgTech, or Climate/Impact sectors.
• Proven track record in digital agriculture, institutional sales, or CSR/development partnerships.
• Skills in financial modeling, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability project design.
