About the Role

We are hiring a high-ownership, field-driven professional to scale its Pre-Harvest AgriTech vertical. This role sits at the intersection of market development, solutioning, and on-ground execution.

You will identify opportunities across agri value chains, build a strong business pipeline, and lead deployment of digital and phygital solutions in the field. The role requires someone who can think strategically, operate hands-on, and work closely with leadership to drive partnerships and scale.

Key Responsibilities

1. Market Development & Value Chain Mapping

• Identify new crops, geographies, and value chains for pre-harvest interventions
• Map key stakeholders including FPOs, aggregators, corporates, and government bodies
• Diagnose gaps in productivity, advisory, traceability, and input optimization, and convert them into actionable opportunities

2. Solutioning & Pipeline Development

• Build and manage a robust pipeline for Arya’s pre-harvest digital offerings
• Drive client acquisition across FPOs, aggregators, processors, exporters, and corporates
• Lead outreach, meetings, and relationship-building to expand market presence
• Understand client needs and design customized Agritech solutions

Field Operations & Execution

• Lead on-ground deployment across geographies
• Coordinate with FPOs, partners, and field teams to ensure adoption
• Track key metrics such as acreage, farmer onboarding, advisory usage, and impact
• Resolve field-level challenges and maintain execution quality

4. Partnerships & Stakeholder Management

• Build and manage relationships across the agri ecosystem
• Act as the bridge between market needs, product capabilities, and field realities

5. Product Feedback & Improvement

• Feed field insights into product and solution enhancements
• Help refine offerings based on real-world implementation

6. Market Intelligence

• Track trends in digital agriculture, climate-smart practices, and pre-harvest technologies
• Identify new segments and pilot opportunities for expansion

Candidate Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in AgriTech, agribusiness, or agronomy-led roles
• Strong exposure to both field operations and market development
• Good understanding of pre-harvest challenges and digital agriculture tools
• Proven ability to build pipelines and execute end-to-end
• Willingness to travel extensively and work closely with on-ground teams
