Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
  • Develop and expand distribution and retail channels
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts and trade partners
  • Execute brand-building initiatives, promotions, and events
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth

Desired Profile

  • Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the premium beverage/distilled spirits industry
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and account management capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi & Haryana
