Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve business targets
- Develop and expand distribution and retail channels
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts and trade partners
- Execute brand-building initiatives, promotions, and events
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights
- Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth
Desired Profile
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Sales & Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the premium beverage/distilled spirits industry
- Strong sales, negotiation, and account management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Delhi & Haryana

- Strong understanding of beverage regulations, distribution channels, and market dynamics in Delhi & Haryana
