Job Summary

Krishikranti Organics is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Executive to manage daily order dispatch operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in e-commerce logistics, be comfortable working with multiple courier and logistics platforms, and possess strong data management skills using Excel and Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and book customer orders through multiple courier partners and shipping aggregators.
• Manage dispatch operations across various logistics dashboards and courier portals.
• Coordinate with warehouse and packing teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and shipment.
• Track shipments, monitor delivery performance, and resolve logistics-related issues.
• Generate shipping labels, manifests, and dispatch reports.
• Maintain accurate dispatch records and shipment data.
• Update and manage operational data using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with courier partners regarding pickups, delays, returns, and delivery exceptions.
• Ensure timely dispatch of orders while maintaining high operational accuracy.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce logistics, shipping, or dispatch operations.
• Hands-on experience with courier booking and logistics management platforms.
• Good understanding of order fulfillment, shipping, and last-mile delivery processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with courier aggregators such as Shiprocket, NimbusPost, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
