Key Responsibilities
- Managing the MD’s calendar, meetings, and appointments
- Coordinating internal and external communications
- Preparing reports, presentations, and documents
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Organizing travel arrangements and events
- Acting as a liaison between the MD and departments/clients
- Following up on tasks and ensuring timely execution
Experience & Qualification
- MBA Or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with strong MS Office skills.
- 3-7 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior management
