QUALIFICATION

B.Sc. Agriculture /M.Sc. Agriculture/B.Sc. Horticulture

ROLE

Field Operations, Crop Management & Team Supervision

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor crop growth and ensure productivity
• Manage irrigation, fertigation and nutrition.
• Identify and manage pests & diseases
• Supervise field staff and daily operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Min. 3-5 years of experience in Polyhouse/Greenhouse/Protected Cultivation
• Good knowledge of irrigation, fertigation, crop nutrition & crop protection
• Team handling and field management skills
• Willing to stay and work at the farm location

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Experience in Polyhouse/Protected Cultivation
• Drip Irrigation & Management
• Integrated Pest Management (IPM)
