What You’ll be doing

• Leading farmer meetings and creating awareness at the village level
• Supporting soil sample collection from farms
• Coordinating on-ground Soil Doctor activities
• Supporting field execution and basic reporting
• Maintaining regular communication with farmers and the team

Who Should Apply

• Interest or background in agriculture, agri-tech, or rural work
• Comfortable interacting with farmers and local communities
• Good communication skills in Hindi
• Owns a two-wheeler and is comfortable with regular field travel
• Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Must be a local candidate from Bahraich or Barabanki district
