Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri) or B.Sc. (Chemistry)

Experience: Minimum 4+ Years

JOB DESCRIPTION

• To monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new products, competitors’ activities etc.
• To Develop new customers as per yearly network development budget & sales budget.
• Manage the timely preparation & submission of the Yearly budgets, forecasts with bifurcation party wise sales & Month wise.
• Yearly budget review meeting with Management & Finalise yearly Sales & Collection Budget.
• Quarterly Tour plan for Market Review & Intelligence as well as New customer development and customer service for bulk sales.
• To Make monthly sales & Collection plan & Ensure Monthly target in the defined market is achieved regarding Sales turnover, Ensure norms & targets of sales process & collection process.
• Ensure the timely collection & credit cycle as per policy of the company.
• To develop & Upgrade your own skills for better management, leadership and networking. Submit various Sales & Collection MIS reports as per the schedule provided by the management.
