Qualification: Post Graduate

Experience: 5 years of minimum experience (Seed industry preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain real time stock records and monitor entire seed movement across processing, packing and dispatch.
• Ensure proper storage and quality compliance.
• Coordination and reporting across procurement, processing, quality and dispatch team.
• Maintain batch wise traceability and reports.
• Keep all stack cards updated physically and digitally.
• Handling Hamalli and labor and reduce hamalli cost by 5% YOY.
• Remnant tracking and segregation for realization.
• Implementation of Kaizen and 5s.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthy reports.
