EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Vendor coordination and relationship management
• Price and commercial negotiations
• Drafting and managing Purchase Orders (POs)
• Reviewing and summarizing Proforma Invoices and Quotations
• Ensuring timely dispatch and delivery through regular vendor follow-ups
• Maintaining procurement records and documentation

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and commercial documentation
• Excellent follow-up and coordination abilities
• Experience in procurement, purchase, or vendor management is preferred

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
